We’re excited to offer a variety of Martial Arts classes throughout the week to suit all ages and skill levels.
Kids Jiu Jitsu classes run on Monday, Wednesday & Friday afternoons, giving young students a fun and structured introduction to the sport. For those looking to build striking skills, our Kickboxing sessions are held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. We also offer Women’s Jiu Jitsu on Monday evenings, providing a supportive and empowering environment to learn and grow in confidence. Men’s Jiu Jitsu takes place on Wednesday evenings, welcoming beginners through to experienced grapplers. To round out the week, our Advanced Open Mat is held on Saturday mornings, offering a great opportunity for higher-level to roll, drill, and refine their skills in a flexible, open format.
